Can I SUP?
Join a SUP tour along the shore of Lake Garda. From a 2 km introduction tour up to a 15 km tour to the waterfall. The shortest tour is 1 h and our longest tour is 4 hours including a drink. Our tours take you along the historical ruins of the Lemon tree gardens, the harbors of Limone, the beautiful lake Villas and the stunning cliffs. We have a SUP for everyone. Soft deck SUPs for Children with lightweight short paddles, stable boards for beginners and race models with carbon paddles for the long-distance experienced SUP-er. For the 1 h tour, you don’t need to be fit. For the longer tours you can count on getting a full-body workout. The reason why SUP-ing is so good for your whole body is that all your muscles help in keeping your balance all the time 🙂
SUP under the stars
SUP under the stars or by a full moon. We organize evening SUP tours. Under the SUPs, we attach LED lights which shine 360 degrees around you for good visibility. Our evening tour goes to “Porto Vecchio” where we have a drink and on the way back we take a moment to lay on the SUPs, look up and see the most amazing sky! Wind Riders organizes tailor-made experiences. Kite surfing or sailing on Lake Garda in the morning with the strong wind and in the evening a relaxing sup trip with an aperitif in the old harbour is a very popular combination!

Stand Up Paddle Lake Garda Prices
Our introduction tour which we recommend for people new to the sport is 15,- euro per person. We provide you with everything you need. Just bring a towel and your bikini or boardshorts. You learn how to hold the paddle and the paddling technique. You practice where to stand on the board and how to control your direction.
